- Please follow all CDC and RI Department of Health rules and guidelines for In-person classes. PLEAE STAY HOME IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL.
- In-person classes are limited to 10 participants. Please register early to reserve a space. Reservation is required. No walk-in without reservation.
- Mask is required walking into school. You will also need to take your temperature upon entry.
- You may remove your mask in your designated training space, approximately 7 feet by 12 feet area.
- You may want to bring a sweat shirt, as the weather condition changes. I will be working to balance heating the
space with fresh air coming in the space. - Please, no street shoes on the training wood floor. Socks are ok, no bare feet. However, indoor training shoes
are easier for workout. - Changes may be necessary as situation demands. In-person classes may have to be moved to Zoom if the
situation should demand it. - Tuition is $225/class/quarter. We can offer multiple classes and family discounts. Please email for details.
