Our school teaches both Northern and Southern Style Kung Fu. Northern style was designed for taller Northern Chinese, who utilized their long legs for most of their fighting applications, thus the majority of their techniques involve kicking. Southern Style was designed for shorter Southern Chinese. Because of their shorter bodies, they developed their arm techniques more than their legs, for close range fighting applications. Our training incorporates arm and leg techniques providing a complete training. After completing the fundamental requirements, students will then be qualified to get into weapon training. The required discipline and training in Kung Fu not only strengthens the body for physical fitness and self-defense, but also functions as the starting point toward greater self awareness.
The lessons learned will also enhance your ability to deal with any challenge you may encounter throughout your life. Any student interested in Shaolin Kung Fu must have a strong will and patience to go through this challenging, vigorous, and dynamic training.
