Children and Young Adult's Kung-Fu

Every movement in Kung Fu training is designed to increase the body's potential. It is necessary for the muscles and tendons to be flexible in order to achieve this goal. Our program of stretching, strength-building, and reaction training produces quick results in a developing child. This training not only develops a child's coordination in Kung Fu, but improves their performance in any sport or physical pursuit.

At our school, we feel that although the ability to defend oneself is important, there are far more important benefits to be had from enrolling your child in our Kung Fu program. Our unique program of work and fun is designed to instill:

Confidence | Concentration | Self-Esteem
Respect | Self-Defense

Although self-defense is the foundation of Kung Fu, we are very careful to teach children that Kung Fu is not to be used outside the class in any manner, other than in true self-defense.

By embodying the above principles into our Children and Young Adult Kung Fu classes, we have made a strong commitment to the development of today's youth. It is our challenge to work towards a generation of drug-free youth, by providing them with an opportunity to redirect their energy in a positive way.
